Working out with weights slowly is a great way of bulking up... Lots of protein helps, too. Just don't do like your favorite athletes do and do steroids. Good luck!

It depends on you genetic build, which muscles groups you are working and how you are working them. I believe men can generally bulk up more than women.

"bulking" up is all about the diet not about the amount of weight that you lift. exercise only stimulates the muscles, the diet that you follow determines the size of them.

yea. it does, body builders dont just grow like that for no reason at all.
