Two words - Hormones,.babe. The pill helps control the hormones, but if you are not on the pill...Take soy protein (SILK) and most importantly, Primrose oil. This will help you in life from being crazy - at least 60%-70% of the time. Believe me, I know... Good luck!

Let's take a look at your symptoms again --
Sadness / hot happy even in happy times
worry / scared / fear / anxiety
cry often
trouble eating
trouble sleeping
mood changes without reason
............all of these are symptoms of depression, which is a common occurrence in people, and can be treated. A number of these symptoms can also go with a hormone imbalance, also a common and treatable problem. Even thyroid or low iron can do some of these to you.
The place to start is with your family Dr. Write down your list of symptoms and questions. Take the list with you to your appointment.
Multiple personalities do sometimes talk in a conversational or argumentative style. My relative is multiple. If you were, I think you would be describing some further symptoms that are less common to the general population. On a positive note, yes MPD / also known as DID can be a problem, but on the positive side, of all the psychological disorders, MPD is the ONLY ONE that can be CURED. Lengthy therapy with a well experienced psychologist can bring about a calm, balanced, independent, productive, confident person who is full of life and joy. It is not so much a problem as it is an alternate method of functioning that most of us cannot achieve. This is a person with the will to survive - anything.
Monday morning - dial your phone and make an appointment with your family Dr.! He will help you get the testing and treatment you need.

You sound really depressed, not crazy, thats not the same thing at all. Depression is treatable, see a doctor and get some counselling. Exercise, yoga, therapy, medication can have a huge impact on how you are feeling. Do something about it, it wont get better on its own unless you take some steps to start to feel better.

In my personal opnion you have depression with melloncolic features. i would seek a professsionals help. You can often make an appointment with your family doctor and decuss this, he can eather diagnose you or refer you to a specialest. It is nothing to be imbarresed about (easyer for me to say than to be done) It could also be hormones, you look to be young in your pic. I also once suffered from depression, and sometimes still do, my doctor put me on welbuterin and I have done much better... I hope this helps! If you need more help I can try my best just email me supabonbon01@yahoo.com

We can't help you.
You need to talk to your therapist.
The crying could be from any of a number of causes, including physical causes (hormones out of wack, for instance).
So tell some professional what's been going on, and get some help for it.
You can't just wish it away.

You're not crazy but you may have a chemical imbalance. See your regular doctor to begin with.
