In the world and your ex won't let you say happy birthday to her, what would you do. Keep in mind the mother is breaching a court order?

I am, and that would never happen. They'd have to haul me away if it came down to it. After I wished her a Happy Birthday first of course.

She's your daughter and you have every right, as her father, to say happy birthday to her. If her mother is breaching a court order, then let her. And make sure she knows that you're waiting for it, and gunning for your daughter. If she sees that you're really in, she might back down. She has no right, without probably cause, to shield your daughter from you. If it were one of my girls,, I would raise hell. Don't stand there and let her control your influence on your own daughter. What kind of mother keeps her kids from their father? Come on. Man up and make yourself known. Be a part of that little girls life and don't let ANYTHING stand in your way..
