This is an urban myth. It has been circulated in various forms for a while now. Supposedly, the person recieving the tip had done the woman a favor of some sort and was warned not to drink certain soda brands as a reward. Supposedly terrorists were tampering with them.

The reason is because the Islamic religion prohibits the consumption of caffeine, and Pepsi contains caffeine.
