How can I lose my belly fat? I'm losing more weight because I've started eating healthier and started excerising a bit more but my stupid belly fat won't go away :(

I'm 5'2 and 103lb but I have kind of chubby legs and stomach.

first you have to release that weight lost on the scale can be water, muscle, fat or any combination. too many assume that it's simple fat just because they are exercising more or made some changes to the diet. this is why body fat analysis is important as it tells you exactly where gains and losses on the scale are occurring.

abdominal fat is the last to go. you need to have below average levels of body fat to see it all go away

Congratulations on your healthier eating and weight loss so far! You've done the hardest thing, starting out and suceeding. You may need to keep at it for a while before you lose you fat, though. A lot of your weight loss could be water that your body was holding in while you weren't eating as healthy. You can speed up getting a flat tummy by performing strength exercises. Combined with your healthy eating, the fat will melt away in no time. Try some situps, hooking your toes underneath a couch if you need to. Performed faithfully about 25 times before bed each night will deliver results.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
