The formula for the volume of a cylinder is π x r² x length.
If the pipe diameter is 6-7/8 inches, the radius is 3-7/16 inches.
r = 3-7/16 = 3.4375 inches
volume = π x (3.4375 inches ² x 180 ft x 12 inches / ft.
volume = 80,184 cubic inches
1 cubic yard = 36" x 36" x 36" = 46,656 in³
volume = 80,184 in³ ÷ 46,656 in³ = 1.72 yd³
1.72 cubic yards

It *shouldn't* have stalled, but it did, right? The smoking is weird because that usually means an oil leak, but puddles don't cause oil leaks. Obviously, if your windshield is getting wet, there's a lot of water being thrown around and it's getting to the ignition system. You didn't say what year your truck is, or if it has electronic ignition or an older-style breaker distributor. These seemingly insignificant details actually do matter.

6 7/8ths" = 6.875in.
6.875" ÷ 36" = 0.191yds.dia. = 0.0955 yds radius.
180ft ÷ 3 = 60yds.
π x r² x h = 3.142 x 0.0955 x 0.0955 x 60
= 1.72cu.yds.
