God can create whatever he wants with nothing at all, but the things that we can create is pretty much only thoughts, imaginations, words, emotions, faces, noise with ours hands if that counts and that's about all. The stuff the is with us when we was created. If we can't use that or our voice box the nothing pretty much maybe..... a mark in soft ground that we stood on or something....
