The fractional cost of gasoline is due to federal taxes. Every gasllon of gasoline you purchase sends 18.4 cents to the federal gov't. Many states also charge taxes in fractional units. In order to make it easier to manage pricing, the oil companies charge 9/10ths and the retail station, who makes less off a gallon of gasoline than anyone else, keeps the fractional difference.

Web link below shows state taxation for gas and diesel.

I hope you find this information helpful.

Paul improve into speaking of the kings and clergymen who will rule in heaven with Christ for 1000 years Revelation 14th financial disaster. they do no longer must be male or female etc. etc. The Jews have been in basic terms Gods chosen human beings for his son "Jesus Christ " to return out of. This improve into the promise God made with Abraham and King David. A kingdom that should by no ability be further to destroy. Literal Jews are not to any extent further God's chosen u . s . via fact Jesus has come and died for our sins. The covenant with Israel is performed. Christianity(Christ like) took over. The Jewish non secular leaders have been those that had Pilate positioned Jesus to dying. Why might they be God's chosen buyers?
