Im not sure what im having for dinner yet but here are some yummy ideas for you.
Chicken and veg stir fry with fried/bolied rice

Baked Potato with cheese, sour cream, butter etc...

We are having red beans and rice with sausage for dinner tonight.
Meatloaf is always a good choice for dinner - serve with smashed potatoes and a steamed veggie like peas, baby carrots or whole or French cut green beans - that is what we are having for dinner tomorrow and on Tuesday, I am making Chili.

Pot Roast in a crock pot with tons of yummy vegetables like carrots, tomatoes, celery, onions, and such! Takes a long time to cook though...about 6 hours.
