When an expiration date was one day ago, is it healthy to drink it still if it was in the fridge? I heard it got bad after a week of it's expiration date. What is it really?

Milk's date, is a BUY date, not a throw away date!
Most people take all expiration dates as throw away dates, when mostly, they are just a buy or freeze by date.
Milk is good long after the date. When it starts turning, you'll smell and taste it. DON'T THROW IT AWAY YET! even if it is turned!!! That is the best time to make biscuits, waffles, pancakes and other bake goods that call for milk. I even make cream gravy with it after it is sour. I prefer it, I think it makes sweeter gravy then. That way you aren't wasting any, and it is great in all these recipes. Promise! I do it every time our milk goes bad.

I say no more than 3 days past expiration. I just through some milk out today that expired on the 26th. It looked and smelled fine...but I wasn't taking any chances.

I don't think there's a time limit. You can pretty much smell whether the milk goes bad. I'd give it a day or two. If it expired yesterday and you're nervous about using it, just bring it to a boil and it should be OK to use.

The best rule of thumb is if in doubt, throw it out.

Well, considering it's weeks-old breast milk from some poor creature in a factory farm somewhere, and loaded with cholesterol, calories, antibiotics, and hormones, I would say it was unhealthy to begin with.
