It's about finding an exercise that you love.
I hate going to the gym, so I don't.
But I figure skate. I don't think of it as exercise, I absolutely adore it, and it keeps me fit! I can very happily go three times a week or so (and on weeks off work, I will go every single day).
Mind you, exercise is also meant to be addictive, or the endorphins (happy hormones) that it produces are . . .

God, yes. Not saying that it's me, though. But if I did exercise, I know I would love it. =) Exercise promotes better circulation throughout your body, stronger heart and keeps your limbs from feeling stiff and lazy. There are also psychological benefits to it as well that will leave you feeling more refreshed and energized and take on the world! Just make sure you choose the right kind of exercise that's interesting for you so you can do something you like while being fit and looking great. Exercising with a partner also helps boost motivation and makes the whole routine more enjoyable =]

Sure you can. The key is to find something that you can tolerate at first. It also helps to have an exercise partner. If you research hat you are exercising and do it correctly, you will see results. When you see results you will learn to love it. Thus is waht I found when I started bodybuilding. Now I have been bitten by the bug and enjoy it.

by not exercising.
go to the pool, or do rec center sports, join a workout group, or a running club.
i used to HATE working out when i looked at it as exercise- i like it now that it's not exercise- it's working out with a friend or a BF, sports when i'm playing soccer, hanging out in the park when i'm rollerblading, and working with the team if it's a group workout. and i'm pretty competetive, i love doing fun runs, though i'm usually 239879872934827th place.
plus, i don't remember where, but i'm sure you can google it- if you work out with someone you love, there's some type of pheromone or what not released that supposedly strengthens attachment or crazy stuff like that. probably a scientific screw-up, but still something to think about. oh, and while you're at it, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endorphin#Runner.27s_high . you can't magically fall in love with exercise. you gotta find something worth loving about it.

You may not ever love actual exercise but you learn to love the benifits of it!! When you start to see your body change and get where you want it, when you get your stress release from it, and feel good after youve done it... something will compell you to just keep going. And that you will love.

it depends, some people avoid things that are challenging and other gravitate towards them. the majority of people that do not like to exercise haven't gotten enough exercise to ever become efficient at anything. so every time they attempt to do something athletic or physical it's awkward and hard. not many things that are worthwhile come easy in this world.

i dont think so. i may be wrong tho.
i used to LOVE excercise!! i dint even need to do it bt i did it for fun[yea i wuz krayzee] like during commercialz i would get up and do jumping jacks or push ups or sumthin.
NOW i hate it and it sux b/c i NEED 2 now. im 2 lazy and i dont like to sweat anymore.
bt to help you while ur excercising : think of ur girlfriends ex [only if u hate him tho] and everytime you feel like u want to stop and give up..think of them next to you doing the same excercise, so it will be like u r competing against him.
