How do you pronounce the name Courreges?

The name of the designer responsible for the miniskirts and minidresses of the sixties. I'm thinking Kor-rej or Kor-ruh-jay?

Since French is my mother tongue and Courrèges a French name, I would say that your 'Kor-rej' is the closest. However the French 'ou' is pronounced like the English 'ou' in the word 'you' and not like the 'ou' in 'courage.´
As a rule, the final 's' is never pronounced in French but the preceding 'e' is slightly pronounced as a mute 'e'.
