So my girlfriend of 13 months met a guy at a church convention about a month ago..they traded numbers and talk a lot on facebook..she has told me that she likes him and he likes her, but she also says she could never see herself with any guy other than me. She tells me that she loves me every single day, but i also think that she talks to this guy every day and she still likes him even..i don't know what to do about the situation..she has tried to go visit him but her parents told her she couldn't and he might come down this next weekend...what should i do..she says they are just friends...is she telling the truth??

i'm happy with the responses i have gotten, but i guess i should say that i'm not supposed to know about her scheduled meeting with him this next weekend...and i can't sneak around and watch because i already have plans...

well you can't tell for sure. it really seems like a friendly relationship to be honest. she may know him from a friend or something so don't be jealous just tell her you accept the relationship and just see how things turn out.

I'm not sure if she's telling you the truth, when she say's she likes him, ask her in which way. I'm sure she does love you, but maybe she's attracted to this guy because she know's it's off limits which makes it more desirbale. I would simply have a talk with her about this. Don't flip out, because if she does like him in that way she will use that as an excuse to dump you for him,

If she says that they are friends then trust her!! The way you explain it sounds like two girls that are best friends!! Her intentions may not be bad just let her know that you love her and the situation might make you a little uncomfortable just for the reason that it is another guy! If he comes down tell her that she seems to be good friends with this guy and you would like to meet him and be introduced! Good luck and try to relax!!

well if she has admitted to liking him she is not lying about it anyway! i mean why are you putting up with this? She cant see herself with anyone but you! What kind of reassurance is that? Tell her that you dont deserve thiskind of treatment and she needs to choose who she wants to be with as it is totally unfair to you. Plus she has tried to visit him, she would have been with him if she could! God leave her! Yo are getting walked all over.

well sorry 2 tell u this but if she wants 2 see him this is not good....sure they are just friends just like u and her used 2 be but soon the relation ship will grow...u can stay with her but just keep watch on her a little more

maybe. id just tell her that hanging with this guy really doenst make you comfortable. make your stance. its better to have this resolved between the both of you. she can say they are just friends but this is a common lie for girls and you have every right to be. just tell her if she wants to date this guy then she better tell you because you deserve to know. tell her youre gonna hang out with your ex how would she feel? i would make it clear that you have better things to do than deal with this kind of person (her.) who knows she probably is being honest, but how do you know? of course he has a crush on her. my gf doesnt realize that every guy that calls her likes her. apparenty she just doesnt know guys. she used to go out with these "friends" but she always came home to me. i knew i couldnt control her and thats not what i wanted so i let her go, but i made it very clear that if she was gonna sleep with someone to tell me, cuz i dont want any std's. lol.

Tell her she has to decide between talking to him or losing you...no time to think about it, no discussions, no debates...if she has any problems with that...time to pack ur bags.
I have been to church retreats many times, let me tell you this...it is simply a singles Fu@k fest in sheeps clothing.

i think she likes him they have been flirting but just go with the flo there are plenty of girls out there if i was you i will go out there and find yourself a girl and keep her on the side incase your gf is cheating score a big one for us guys man dont let girls bring us down
