good stretching would include but not be limited to stretching arms and back muscles and flexing at the hips to loosen you up.
You can practice your stance at anytime by standing like you would to shoot at the target and "imaginary" fire the bow (no bow in your hands).
If you need to strengthen your muscles I can suggest going to a physical therapy location near you and purchasing about 3 feet of medium weight dynaband.(it's like a big rubber band)
You would tie a loop at one end to slide your foot into and then hold out your bow arm and grab the band where you would hold your bow and draw the remaining band with your draw arm.
I have had a lot of success with the dynaband with the kids I coach.

There is a rubber band type thing you can by to exercise with for pulling your bow back.

i don't know of any real stretches to do before shooting, but i know that i tend to shoot better if I'm shooting with someone instead of by my self. also i suggest you slow your breathing after you draw so your not moving as much.

good luck
