Exercise videos. I have the Denise Austin Boot Camp and it's great! You can also incorporate favorite activities (like watching tv!) and exercise. For example, do push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, etc during the commercial breaks. Start when the commercials do and end when they stop. You'd be amazed how in shape you get by doing that for an hour program each night. Look up good exercises you can do in your living room on the internet.

Yoga is good to try or pilates.
After having kids I've had trouble losing weight in my hips and thighs and yoga has really helped to keep my leaner thru those areas.I haven't lost a lot of weight yet but my clothes fit better and I don't get breathless chasing after the kids anymore.
Yoga doesn't need a lot of space and I can stay inside to keep an eye on my kids while I'm doing it.
Don't forget to drink water, you definitely don't want to get dehydrated.

i have the same problem, i do hand stands instead of watching tv to stay fit... it sounds silly, but it tones all your muscles (esp. your stomach and arms) and its fun... :) i love it when i can free stand on my hands for a really long time and break my personal records. i also do those side leg lift things when i watch tv. Working out during TV works really well cuz if you hate crunches, but force your self to do them while you whatch tv, you'll either end up liking crunches or hating whatching tv and do something more productive!
