Hi,

Open PowerPoint and paste this into the Help search box:

Recover a presentation that was automatically saved

It will display the steps to take to recover your presentation.

My Microsoft PowerPoint was also not responding (freezing), I tried a lot to fix that but unable to fix. At last I got this link http://microsoft-office.customer-supports.com I just visited and made a call on their toll free. I got instant help from a certified technician to fix my MS PowerPoint problem.

If your powerpoint froze, you may try to recover your lost powerpoint Word file with data recovery software.

Perhaps restart your computer or head to another computer in class.
