Okay we have two pastors at our church and one of them is an associate meaning hes like a step down but still a pastor, this leaves him as our youth pastor also. He had a lockin on friday night to saturday morning in witch no one is aloud to sleep because it is always Co-ed. Anyway, we went bowling till midnight and then came back. we did things and had one kid that hadnt been on his medicine so he was very bad and wouldnt listen to anyone, three girls were sleeping and others doing other things, while the group I was in was playing games like spoons and silent football. At eight o'clock the next morning we all went home.
so my mom goes to church today and comes home and tells me some things....
let me explain somthing before I go on: there is a family who ( both kids came to the lockin) who are very needy and the one girl always talks up a story and things.... and the boy didnt have his medicine before hand and all was bad..
anyway, they came into church today telling us that they were taking a kid to court that THEY BROUGHT to the lockin for touching a girl inapropriatly (this is the girl that always talks herself and things up)..... *and she also says she broke her finger at bowling* now I dont know what to do, because I KNEW the kid that they brought and he was kicked out of my school (I live in a different town then they do) because of inapropriatly touching girls.....

the ** mean this.... This girl is ALWAYS "hurt" she always has somthing wrong with her and now my pastor is probably going to get into a ton of trrouble and they have cancelled all future lockins.... not fair because of one family they ruined everything. we could loose our pastor over one persons exagerations, and her brothers behavior, while all we did was silent football! and spoons....

Please take time out to talk to your youth pastor about what you know about the people involved... it may very well circumvent the problems you describe.

Your youth pastor needs to continue the lockins because they provide a good service... a chance for kids to let-loose and play away from their homes in a clean-cut environment.
But he also needs to take steps to exclude the trouble-making kids from all future lockins.
The third thing I will recommend is that the pastor has more young adults on hand to supervise
AND
there needs to be a parental-consent form signed by all parents... it should have contact phone numbers and a fairly comprehensive set of rules spelled out along with the youth ministries' right to refuse any given kid for misbehavior of any sort.

The trouble-making kids are needy and need some kind of intervention AND professional evaluation. The girl with all the stories especially, because she goes out of her way to create drama for everyone else to the point of shutting down social events... she should not be allowed to continue this. Her brother needs to present his meds for the day/night before being allowed into anything.
Little "Lester the Molester" needs a rap sheet published to everywhere he goes. Notice how these 3 have taken to traveling together... Universal Law.

The youth pastor should have called his parents and had him taken home to take his medicine and this would have perhaps put an end to it. It sounds like he let the group get out of control. That being said, did you see any inappropriate behavior by this kid? This girl is a drama queen you say, are you sure that she tell lies? Did she break her finger bowling? etc. You can go to the head Pastor and tell him what you observed and your thoughts.

well, the thing is, knowing this boys background ,the youth pastor was stupid for having a co-ed sleep in.He set himself up for this. The church needs to have separate lock ins for girls and one for guys. This will eliminate a lot of this.
Also,if they knew he was supposed to be on meds, they should have made arrangements to see that he took them.He could have called the boys parents or had someone to take him home if he would not behave.
Maybe the girl you are talking about really does have things wrong with her. Some people are just clumsy and unlucky, and the boy may have done this to her.If he did there were probably witnesses. If not then someone needs to speak up if he did not do this. However with his record, its likely he DID.

All you can do is tell what you saw and what you know. Although you have a pretty good idea the girl is exaggerating, you also know the accused boy is capable of it. You weren't with them all of the time so it is possible something could have happened that you were unaware of.

As hard as it is, it is grown up things that the grown up must sort out.

I take it your petition on your mum and dad is falling on deaf-ears. Here's the way you repair it. I wager there is a vigor cable among your household's pc and the wall. Knowing sufficient approximately my possess pc, this wire shall be knotted up with different wires and tucked away at the back of furnishings. UNPLUG IT (peculiarly after say 10pm at night time). Coil it up and positioned the cable in a few hidey-gap within the condominium wherein best you already know precisely wherein it's. I'm now not announcing you will have to conceal the cable - simply make it (and the household pc) unavailable after distinctive hours. You can reconnect it each and every morning - till the message has struck house. If any one stumbles into your bed room within the center of the night time for a few pressing internet-searching..."why is the pc now not operating???" YOU TELL THEM... and they are able to uncover the cable "behind the storage" (say).. The pc has mostly been dumped into your room, coz you are the only getting such a lot use out of it - AND it was once messing up the residing-room. Other individuals are making use of it (in any respect hours) coz *it is handy*. REMOVE THE POWER-CABLE - REMOVE THE CONVENIENCE! Who of their proper brain could desire (or want) to attach the cable behind a few house equipment within the center of the night time. There are dirt-bunnies, spiders and bogey-guys lurking at nighttime at the back of that pc - so, it is extra of a battle to attach it up and disturb everyone within the approach... Re-take ownership of your room.

Regardless of whether this girl has a wild imagination or not, these accusations should be looked into. I really don't see how you could lose your associate pastor over this, unless he was completely neglecting his job as chaperone. As for you, you should really stay out of it, you have no way of knowing what happened.

your explanation is wild and when you have the accusations it would seem you are covering for your pastor who didn't chaperon very well I am only getting this from your words so an investigator would get more than this from them One might even think the lock in was for your games.
