ok so ...i spray painted my guitar today, but the tapedidnt stick well enough in one part and the paint went through a little. is there anyway for me to get rid of spray paint?

Sand it or use the appropriate solvent (depending on what paint you used).

You need to varnish the guitar anyway so sanding is probably not a bad idea. Smoothest sand paper you can find and preferably wet.

Oh if you are handy with a scalpel that would even be a better idea. Cut the paint where you want the edge and scrape the unwanted paint off.
