my ex will call me at times very late or early in the morning...asking me wassup mami? why do ex's do this? does it mean he still has feelings for me or what? sometimes he will send me a myspace message and ask me wassup but he says he is drunk. what does this mean?

He misses you and probably is afraid of rejection. Has to get drunk for courage and use it as an excuse for why he called you.Maybe if he sobered up, you could talk to him and see how he really feels. Mental abuse is the worse....

It could be that he's just being an azz-hole and attempting to annoy the hell out of you. Especially if he's the one who ended the relationship. The fact that he's telling you he's drunk is an indication that he's not attempting to get back with you for anything serious. He's just trying to see if you will take the bait, and possible have sex with him (one more time), and if YOU attempt to start the relationship over, after the sex(if you chose to have sex), then he could easily say, I told you I was drunk. If he really wanted to be with you again, he could contact you at a decent hour when he was sober.

Sounds like he does still have feelings, or maybe he doesn't have any other choices and you're the last person he was with so he calls you. Sometimes it's just a mental case, but one thing for sure is he does it because you allow it. If you call me in the middle of the night bells will be ringing and I'm not talking about wedding bells lol. He'll have to bring on the noise and not tease me lol.

When you drink too much your emotions get exageratted, I know mine do. If he was sober he probably wouldn't call. Im sure he still must have feelings for you to be doing this anyway. Just that drinking gives him the dutch courage, he probably regrets it in the morning and feels a fool....until the next drinking session. When he finds someone else he will finally move on....if thats what you want....is it?

All of my ex's have drunk dialed me in the past. I think it shows that when they're drunk they think of you because they realize how much they messed up... but when sober they're too occupied hitting on other girls and being the jerks that they are to come to any sort of realization.

he actually wants to say it but he is pretending to be drunk so that it is not obvious that he wants you and could make an excuse that he is just drunk I believe this is a stupid thing to do
