yeah, it's a big step. BUT I would NEVER give a key to my home to someone I was dating without first talking about where the relationship was going (also don't give him your key if he isn't willing to give you his key).

talk to him about where he sees you and him in the next 5 years. If he is unwilling to have this conversation or be serious about it, then he doesn't get the key.

also, for my personal preference, 6 months is much too soon for the key swap.

Yuck.... Dont tell me you reside someplace like maylands, your doomed if so. Cockroaches are so undesirable in that field all you're able to desire to do is get a number of that sealer stuff and seal all the holes as much as ward off them from getting interior the residence. Use a cockroach bomb to kill them and bypass away baits in all places for people who could desire to regardless of if hatch. undesirable borax down the drains, that's an field the placement they could enter the appartment from diverse residences. before than this ask the owner or realestate in the event that they are going to pay for this till now hand or ask if mayb they gets some pest control out. in the different case it may want again out of your guy or woman pocket. once you living the placement there are a severe upward push of appartments equivalent to interior the section i discussed before than, i propose you progression some the placement else while your lease runs out.

Nobody gets a key to my place. Until I get a ring, of course. Hell even then I'm not giving out a key to my place.

My advice - don't! If you have a fall-out and he has a key, it could turn out nasty.
(It could end up with him bringing his friends back when you wouldn't want them.)
Hold on to the spare key.

When things turn up missing, don't blame me.

While your at work, he's sniffing your panties. Think about that for a bit.
