Your not going to be able to work at McDonalds when your 14, maybe when your 15(usually 16 is when you would be able to work, since you can drive to your job). You would make minimum wage which depends where you live. Usually its around 6-7 dollars an hour. Look at this website to find your states minimum wage. http://www.dol.gov/esa/minwage/america.htm (youll only be able to work a limited amount of hours too, so when your this young you won't be able to make that much) It sucks, doesn't it?

It would depend on your state's labor laws. It would be min wage most likely. But at age 14, you are limited as to what you can do. You would probably be restricted to the register. Most states wouldn't allow anyone under the age of 16 to operate machinery, (fryers, dishwasher, basically anything in the kitchen) When I was 14, most kids worked at grocery stores as bag boys. That was one of the only legal jobs at the time. Also, companies can have their own policy to not hire anyone under a certain age. Example, Hard Rock Cafe won't hire anyone under the age of 19.

you cant work at 14 years old but mcdonald is required to pay min. wage. in arkansas its 6.25

If you work at MacDonald's you'll get the lowest they can possible pay legally. They regularly with the 'Worst Employer' award and they sell poison.
