he went to your store to see you.
he may have even gone when you weren't there.
to him, it may have seemed like you were hard to obtain and he liked the challenge.
when you went to him, he knew you were into him, and it made the whole situation a little bit less exciting.
he may have also seem you as just a friend he could flirt with.
or he may have also been talking to someone else at the time and towards the end got closer to that person then you.
there could be many reasons, but there's no reason for you to beat yourself up over it. obviously you had plenty of charm to keep him coming back time and time again.

Maybe he lost your number, forgot your number, was lazy or was just a plain arsehole. But not necessarily. Even if you do want to see or talk to someone, sometimes you just don't make that effort because you don't really know that person or you feel awkward around them. My advice? You call him. You take charge. Make the first move. Otherwise, that relationship that you want might not ever happen.

You surprised him with your visit and he probably indulged you for the hour because he couldn't think of what he should do. Just because a guy flirts with you (or most likely you thought he was flirting with you) does not mean he is interested in a relationship.

Maybe he's not as interested in you as you are in him and he doesn't want to call you because you might think he wants to date you. Some people flirt just for the sake of flirting. It doesn't always mean anything.
Guys also tell girls they will call them and don't and that always puzzled me.

either he's not that into you or more than likely he has a girlfriend. Or actually I bet he lost your number accidently cause if he wasn't that into you he wouldn't of bothered flirting with you at your work! Try to find him. Use white pages.com

you can either go back and see him one more time and ask him straight out if he is into you or just sat back and wonder what if my advice is to go for it and then you never have to wonder what if you never know what might have happen why he didn't call he could have forgotton, he could have lost your #, he might had to made the choice between gas for his car or pay the phone bill, you don't know till you try so my friend i say go for it

he probably said he would call you to be nice. and a lot of guys wait a few days before calling a girl. but it sounds like you gies had more of a friendly relationship and i don't think calling you was on his high priority list. (not to be rude). Try talking to him again

maybe he is seeing someone and where you worked was his way of 'sneaking out.' maybe he was only interested to know that you had a great head on your shoulders since you had a job. Who knows really?!
