Unemployment is by state - start at your state website. If you don't know its URL use a search engine to find it, or add your state to your question and someone will help you find it.

In Michigan, I just type in Michigan Unemployment and it sends me to the Michigan website. Might be under Government of your state website, too.

need to know the state in indiana you have to go to the office to sign up then you can file online after that it is the dwd in our state.
