I see that not only the U.S. has this problem, but European nations as well. Surely we all can't be wrong for opposing criminalty. Are we? Why do people feel they can disrespect our nations?

OVERPOPULATION, lack of birth control in the world (overall) and in under developed countries (mostly) is the real reason for the crazy emigration problem.

So many unnecessarily born people creates a ton of problems. I have never heard any presidential candidate in the US talk about plans to control excessive population increase both in the US and the world.

The countries most overpopulated, which couldn't care less about stopping their outrageous population growth rates, are the most problematic: China, India, African countries bordering Europe, Mexico and other overpopulated Latin American countries, all of them have an excessive "work force" which can't be sustained by their own countries, which governments happen to be poor, ignorant and very corrupt. So their only resource is to leave their poor, opportunity-lacking countries to seek the American, Canadian, European or whatever dream .

If people in high places with big audiences, like Al Gore, Bill Clinton (note: I mean Bill, not Hillary, she's so unlikable and arrogant nobody will listen to her) or Lou Dobbs start speaking about the world's overpopulation and excessive growth rate, I bet something will be done soon. Dobbs is so annoyingly persistent about his hatred of illegal aliens, that now all republicans made this issue the main issue in their last debates and propaganda, and even democrats are starting to worry about it.

Human population growth rate should go down, or we all will put an end to this planet, right after living a miserable existence!

There are many reasons for increased immigration to
"Western" countries one of the biggest being based on the historical record of those countries. All of the Western countries have been empires in the past, although the US wasn't technically an empire it did follow the same path of colonizing other countries just look at Puerto Rico's current status, and therefore left a mark in those countries they colonized. Just look at any major city in the US and you'll find people from every country that we've been involved in a war with, soon they'll be large populations of Iraqis and Afghans due to our current wars. Also, we have made horrible policy decisions in the past without looking at what they will do in the future. For example, during the Cold War we were so concerned w/stopping Communist expansion that we allowed anyone from a Communist country to come to the US and be "free". Therefore we still have the "wet foot, dry foot" policy with Cuba as opposed to the immigration policy we have with the rest of the world.

We just need t look at U.S. history to see what happens. Immigrants were encouraged when we had enough room for them to live comfortably. Then the east became overpopulated and the push further west began. Then we needed more room, and a few wars and some trickery gained more land. It all has to do with overpopulation. Put too many rats in a maze and they begin to fight. The weakest run to another place to live. Same with people, and it's been happening since the beginning of humankind. Advice on birth control and the means to practice it is very welcome in times like this. It's not a religious issue anymore, it's a quality of life issue.

Because so-called "Political Correctness" has made Western civilization too weak to defend itself against the mere mention of the word "racism". A single word that, for far too many brain-washed idiots, will stop all discussion and rational thought in it's tracks.

Couple that with the "Class-warfare" propaganda and the absurd but seductive idea of "entitlement", and it's no wonder there are so many problems.

Any Socialist country (let's face it, we are socialist, too; if only to a lesser extent) that is lax about immigration is bound to be overrun by their poorer neighbors.

[Charlize has an excellent point, imo.]

Greed, stupidity, and nothing to lose. However, we must all put a stop to this unruly mass of invaders all over the world. We can't support all of them. Maybe if we could keep the pope out of it, they could learn about birth control? That would be a great start. And teach a man to fish would be a great second step. Hand outs teach nothing.

Do you people know nothing about history? How about because rich countries first went and ransacked everybody else's countries leaving them with no economies in place so that they could make it on their own? As long as the distribution or wealth is so unequal between countries in this planet the problem will continue. What did you think? that you could just go take everybody else's things, go back and lock yourself and not let anybody in?

Fact #1 It is the mindset of the poor that the rich people must take care of them. Therefore these immigrants flock to the English speaking countries and demand equal treatment with the Citizens.

Unfortunately, these English speaking governments do not reflect [the will of the people] and cave into the demands of these illegal foreigners and end up treating them better than their own poverty stricken Citizens.

Fact #2 There will always be starving people expecting help who have no trouble reproducing.

Because there are so many countries that are incapable of providing for their people, and these same countries are the ones with the highest population growth, and if it doesn't stop our descent into hell will snowball from here out, until the inevitable war or total environmental destruction puts an end to it.

Their own nations are corrupt and dirt poor. Instead of fixing their own problems, the illegals take the easy way out and leave.
