I think something that contrasts well with Blue, Yellow & Black.
I like RED, but I would only paint one wall with that, as an accent color, then I'd paint the other three walls with a neutral color such as off-white or beige (as shown in quilt Ad) . Painting the entire room red could be too overwhelming.

Perhaps add some checkered flag strips or borders around the upper portion of all walls to tie it together. (That would be my vision - However, I don't know if any checkered flag borders even exist at wall paper stores, so you may have to locate/employ a graphic artist to custom-paint it on for you. Any art student or local artist could be hired for such an easy task))

Hmm, tricky. I'd go for a lighter blue, not a pale blue, but a slightly lighter blue than the bedding and maybe a paler yellow on the ceiling or keep the ceiling blue, whichever you prefer

take the pillow case to any paint store & ask them to match the yellow from the #24.
