Wandering eyes are not signs of cheating. It's called nature if you see something attractive you're going to look at it, and to say that it's only a guy who does this is wrong. Guys look it's just a fact of life it doesn't mean they're cheating or going to cheat. Also, females do the same thing but they are more subtle then guys are.

I believe it depends on the person, its one thing to look but another to actually betray their partner. But the fact is that if they are looking then they are obviously thinking things about the person they are 'checking out' and so some would say that they are cheating in their mind. But you cant dump someone for that because there is no proof, they can deny it.
If you think your partner or someone you know is looking else where i would confront them, and stip it in the butt right now. If not they might actually do more than look, and you never know what will happen.
However some people are just people watchers and just happen to look at any kinds of people. They dont mean anything by it.
Hope this helps!!!

Wandering eyes is a definate sign that he's interested in window shopping. The next step would be if he follows thru on his actions. If he begins to approach anyone of makes a move to get noticed by the person, that's sign to be concerned about. But if he's a just a "bird watcher" & yet treats you with respect & dignity then it should be harmless.

It is a fact that men have a sexual thought every 9 seconds. They will always look. It does not mean that they are cheating, However, if he does it in front of you in a way that says he doesnt even care that you notice, you might need to have a heart to heart with him and tell him how you feel. Honesty is always the best way.
