I am glad someone else has this problem! I just dont know where it is...i've looked everywhere for it, but i think that the fairys took it away!

easy answer....
you cant, we are all nuts inherintly. sanity is but a myth. accept the insanity you call reality and live with it.
hard answer.....
we are all influenced by our leaders. if your going nuts then its your delusional leader that is driving you nuts. sects are like that the great delusional leader influences the followers. in a family it works the same. dad is unhappy about work money etc he upsets mom she tells the kids to stop being kids and be quiet dads unhappy doesnt want the noise etc etc . dads mentallity is effecting the family as a whole.
stir crazy. whilst one in a room drives everyone else in a room nuts. the trick is you have to work out who it is thast has the issues and try to talk to them to alleviate their problems and then you will feel better.
in my cas eit was my ex girlfriend of 10 years ago. i did a timeline graph of my life over last 20 years and found whenever she had issues in her life i went on the drink. its happened more than one occassion. i now spend time trying to help her stay afloat.

are you talking about a sanity towel?
has it been used?
if so then dont bother looking for it.in a week or so you will be guided by smell. no problem
or you could buy or borrow one from a friend, dont forget to return it when you have finished with it
