Exercise gurus!

there are supposedly two types of fat: skin fat and VISCERAL fat. Visceral fat lines your organs and is more dangerous than skin (subcutaneous fat) fat.

So my question is, if a person has a lot of both (like me) and exercises, which goes first, skin or visceral? Or do they go together? How long does it take to burn subcutaneous fat?

actually there are 3 places where fat is stored in the body. there is subcutaneous fat which is found beneath the skin. then there is intramuscular fat, such as that which is seen in the marbling of the various cuts of beef. then there is visceral fat which surrounds the organs.

exercise causes the muscles to utilize intramuscular fat first. when these fat deposits are decreases sufficiently then subcutaneous and visceral fatty deposits will be decreased.

Just use a top best one, I particularly suggest now not making use of it and consuming a healthful vitamin of lean meats and occasional fats proteins and making use of healthful fat akin to olive oil and nut/ nut butters. That is whats exceptional, protein whey won't give up weight reduction although.

if you have gained weight.
and then you lose it.
it will be the reverse of how you gained it.

when gaining weight
some people start at the neck, then the stomach, then the thighs, then the face.

on losing weight it is in reverse.
weight will be lost from the face, then thighs, then stomach, then neck.

as to the composition of the fat in your body.
it depends on your previous diet.
the types of fat you eat in the past.

when you eat butter, animal fat, fats from nuts, these are burned first. they are also the healthiest.

when you eat vegetable oils, like margarines.
these are the worst, they are never burned and stay in your body as the fat you have now.

fat people eat flour, sugar and vegetables oils.
skinny people eat meats and fat, butter, vegetables, and unrefined grains.
