it's definitely time. Take it one step at a time. Don't be in another relationship so early, because that will be right back where you started. so take it one step at a time and you will find another girl.

Truth be told. There is no absolute answer to this question. It depends on your situation.
If someone broke up with you, I guess you'll be stuck for a while.. because the other party has choosen to leave, and has no problems. And he or she probably wont see a need to come back to help you seek closure. So, you'll be stuck till you see the light or something has happened or you try to do something to seek that closure.
It also depends on how you react to it. I guess you could help yourself by going out more often, meet new people, do things that make yourself feel better. Simply keep yourself occupied. Or if you belong to the other type, simply do nothing. I am sure you'll wake up one day.
Sometimes no matter how much people say, it just doesnt help. It could be that you need more time?

The key to getting over a break-up is time. There is nothing you can do or say that will have any effect. Over time you will get over it, but not right at first.

Time and remembering the reasons why you broke up. Look into the future and think of possibility! Find yourself a nice coffee shop, and spend time there reading and people watching. Who's knows, a smart, cute girl may take a seat next to you (psst. buy her a cup of coffee the 2nd or 3rd time you see her there).

write a list of the negatives in the relationship and keep it handy.Don't go with anyone else on the rebound.Give it time,your confidence will probably be bruised for a while so-corny as it sounds-learn to love yourself again!Then go out and wow the world.Good luck doll xxx

time and healing.
just know that if they broke up with you, its their loss. try to focus more on how each day is a miracle. think abiout it. if this was your last day on earth, would you want to spend it sulking around some guy or girl that's obviously not worth it?
