whats wrong with my , why dose my skin itch when im hot , or when I'm nervous .
so what could be wrong with me

nope its not that cold weather .... iv been having this for 3 years

This cold of year. The winter air is dry and rough, usually wet weather and we don't dry while outside. It's all hard on the skin. The skin is the largest organ on the body and susceptible to many types of irritations.
You can try a sitz bath everyday with Epsom salts, warm water and then shower, letting the water get as cool as you can stand, then put on a medicated skin ointment. The alternative, see an allergist you may have started something.

I'm taking it that there's no rash, or discoloration? It could merely be dry skin that gets irritated when you sweat (like when you're hot or nervous). It could also be that you're allergic or sensitive to something (either your detergent, or the material your clothing is made out of), and when you sweat more of it transfers to the surface of your skin.
I'd suggest drinking more water, and checking into your detergent (especially to see if it rinses off well the next time you do laundry), and what your clothes are made of and see if there are any correlations. If not, you could always have your family doctor recommend a dermatologist.
