It's great that you feel God all the time. Being in church and learning about God and the old and new testaments can do so much more for you. You need to keep learning and that never stops. Even the Preachers are still learning. We will never know it all till , we go to Heaven. Hope to see you there .

I feel closer at any time. If find that being at church and going through the motions gets in the way of it. I have tried a lot of churches, but there is the relationship between God and I that I benefit the most.

Disagree, Church isnt about religion of the past, its about your religion right here and now. If you dont go expecting that youre hearing the word of God, youre not going to hear it.

God is in all places but He established that there be some special places where His presence should be recognized in a special way. If you church is like a social hall then maybe it will not have a special presence of God. But he loves to be near us everywhere and i think that it is so good that you ackowledge his presence in your room, that is true faith!

Church is a temple where we are to worship God. Most christians seem to want to worship Jesus the son instead.
That is why I don't attend church, that and politics. UGH!
I worship him everyday amidst trees and open sky. I worship him as I watch the stars fade and the sun rise. Nature is my temple in which to worship Him.
I feel God's precense around me all the time to though. I mean we are his creation, his children, and what we create is thru him. Yes, I understand also, and yes, I agree.

Yes I tend to agree with you but you need Christian fellowship as well. God created us not to be alone. God is with you wherever you go. Spend time alone in prayer and in the Word to get to know God better. Also do not negligent your brothers and sisters in Christ.

This is true! The kingdom of God is within! But it also says, faith comes from hearing the word. Church is a good place for that if you need it as well as fellowship with like minds.

As a believer, where ever I am God is there;
but that in its self is not enough, one needs to have fellowship
and biblical teaching with other believers if we expect to grow
spiritually in God's Word.

i've seen somebody drawn down the goddess in ritual, and i've felt the pesence of my gods when alone. it's all in your frame of mind. in a church with somebody telling me what i have to believe seems like the last place i would connect with a god.
