It could be the Caprese, it also has less flavor. I like the classic cob salad.

And the Caprese is vegetarian as well. The two answers above obviously have never even heard of the sandwich.

I would think the Italian Caprese is lower fat and calories.

Both the have cheese, but the veggie has guacamole and black olives which is higher fat than the pesto on the Caprese, but this is just my take.

Also, if you add mayo keep the cheese you're adding extra fat and calories.

Believe it or not but the Quizno's Italian Sub is one of the worst fast food subs to eat. it is packed with 1,510 calories, 82 g fat, 3,750 mg sodium and 106 g carbs. I guess you can be the judge now!!

The veggie.
The veggie is 480 cals, 16 grams of fat.
The Italian sub is 650 cals, 29 grams of fat.
This is without cheese and dressing on both.

I'm sure the Veggie sandwhich has less calories because vegatables have little or no fat/ calories. if your eating healthy, always try to eat fruits and veggies. Hope i helped!

Their web site doesn't list either ne on their "under 500 calories" page. Maybe you could ask at the store.

The veggie. Anytime you have meat, its going to raise the fat and calories.
