Whatever local law enforcement agency is responsible for the roadway on which the incident occured.

However, unless there was a physical assault, don't expect them to take any action against the perpetrator. If you had described the incident, a little more, perhaps we could give you more specific advice on how to report it.

You should have called the Police with the person who raged against you's lisence plate. Good luck because sadly, they longer you wait, it really is your word against theirs.

you can contact the highway patrol or the local police,either one can handle this.they have to have a license plate number though to deal with it,but they will deal with it,been there and done it before,good luck.
