What?! No, it is a blind date, before you propose to anyone you need to get to know her. Are you asking her to live with you for the rest of your life, without even knowing the first thing about her?! Take it one step at a time, get to know her first, then date some more, if you are interested in her. Who knows the first date may work it, it may not.

no my friend i don't think that is a good idea
because u are going on a blind date and u haven't seen the girl in real
so there is a lot of risk involved in that because sometimes people are not what they tell u
i my opinion u should date her for few times get know to each other more and they take ur decision

Would you propose to a 80 year old lady, would you propose to someone with no personality, would you propose to someone you can't stand....You have no idea who she is, what she looks like, what kind of person she is, so what do you think? If you want to propose to a randmom person, than ok go for it!!
