How many grams of fat is a 14 year old girl supossed to have in one day. if i keep my calories low (below 1200) how many fat grams can i eat and still be able to lose weight?

grams of fat dont matter. and niether do calories. its the quality of the food and sugar content. example-bread breaks down into sugar in your body much faster than other foods, and converts into fat cells faster than you can burn it off. stay away from sugary stuff. except fruit. natural sugar is healthy. 'google' GI = glycemis index, and it tells you which foods are below a certain number, which dont convert as fast. and dont forget to exercise. just staying active and on your feet is enough.
