for those saying only God can forgive I quote John 20:21-23
" if you forgive men's sins they are forgiven. if you hold them bound they are held bound"
so clearly the power of forgiveness is within ALL of us and NOT just with God.

Anything I feel the need to confess, I always confess them to God. He is the only One with the power to forgive them.

too bad your not a bishop, cause it was to them christ gave the power to absolve sins. the idea was that they "heard" sins, they didnt read them.
