What happens to scientists, researchers, scholars, and others who just can't seem to conjur up sufficient belief that Jesus rose into the sky and became a god?

Also regarding the story that Joshua (or was it God, I forget) stopped the sun:

What happens to astronomers, physicists and others who cannot manage to believe that one?

Maybe they'll writhe and scream in agony in Hell forever. Won't that be a hoot --

Thank god most scientist don't believe this dribble. Or else, why try to find out anything? Just say god did it, and that answers everything.

And if you take pleasure in the thought of others screaming in agony, You're not only a piss poor christian, but a piss poor human.

No. It won't be a hoot. It is extremely sad and tragic.

"But God show his anger from heaven against all sinful, evil men who push away the truth from them. For the truth about God is known to them instinctively; God has put this knowledge in their hearts. Since earliest times men have seen the earth and sky and all God made, and have known of his existence and great eternal power. So they will have no excuse when they stand before God at Judgment Day." - Romans 1:18 - 20.

They will indeed writhe and scream in agony in Hell forever -- plus, they'll have worms, and they'll have to sit in the company of murderers, perverts and thieves -- and there is no parole board.
Too bad for them, they should have stayed out of science in the first place.

Well funny thing is if they personally don't believe in Jesus and God then nothing happens to them in their own minds..You Christians believe they go to hell.. They however do not belive that at all. What about other religions..Can you please explain to me why all Christians think their religion is "the right one".. I mean there are lots of others out there..The end sentence of your comment isn't very Christian and one of the reasons I, after 21 years left the church..

Scientists, like all other professions and come in ALL faiths. There are Atheist, Agnostic, Deist, Pagan, Christian, Jewish, Hindu, Buddhist, Muslim...etc etc.. No one group owns science. ALL groups have contributed to science..Do you know where the Big Bang theory came from..a Catholic.

First Jesus didn't become a "God" He always was God and always will be God and one day every knee will bow and confess that He is Lord. And second of all, people in hell won't burn "Forever" anybody who believes that God could be like that, well it's no wonder that they don't want to beleive in Him. I wouldn't either. please see my 360 blog on hell. I have one on death too.
