If you shave your head, it will only grow back. If you dye it, the hair just may turn green. Highlights will grow out. If you bleach it you may look faded, depending on your complexion. You were given that hair color by God, and he meant it to be that way. LEAVE IT ALONE.
I have been coloring and fooling around with my hair for over 50 years and still ask the same question and the money I've spent on it is disgusting. A good haircut is all you need.

Let it grow naturally and get a decent style. Shaved heads look aggressive and always make me think that the wearer is insecure and trying to look tough. Dying changes it from the colour that it should be and which your body's natural complexion has designed it to match. Bleaching it damages the hair and makes it look stupid. Could cause permanent damage to the roots. So that leaves highlights. If you're going to use them make sure that you get colours that harmonise your natural colour and don't look too silly. Take your hairdresser's advice but make sure they know what they are talking about and don't just try to talk you into something expensive and unsuitable.

I would go with Zombie Killer's answer. Grow it out a little and don't change the color or bleach it and don't shave it off either.

Stay exactly as you are, perhaps just gel your hair a bit so it is spikey, all the other options you listed are quite drastic, so start simple and then work upwards.

stylee it like spike it up with gell.. or do teh flip in the front.. if you dye it.. dye it blackk. or a darker brownn.. i <3 dark hairrr

try light highlights such as light brown or blonde and if you like that you can always dye it later.

dont yew DARE shave your head.
i think shaved heads looks really ugly.
if any colour, yew could dye it black :D that would look kinda cool.
dont bleach it though, that would look terrible ^-^
