Since a few weeks I'm really confused, sometimes I don't know what I'm saying/writing or I stutter. And I'm getting unhandy too...
In 3 weeks I already broke 5 drinking glasses and cups.

What is this? Am I nuts?

I already had blood tests (Because I was always tired) and everything was okay, no lyme and nothing wrong with my blood sugar.

I'll go to my docor, and ask for an MRI

Not nuts. It's a good sign that you're aware of the problem.
I'm not really sure what the problem could be, and my guess is that it's not mental health but something else.
Go see your regular doctor asap. They'll probably do a brain scan, and an MRI or CAT Scan
Not to scare you, but things like this can happen when there are disruptions in the brain like bleeding or a tumor. Most people think this can't happen bc they're 'young' but age doesn't matter here.
You need to see a doctor like, now! 3 weeks has already been too long to wait. The sooner you catch any problem the easier it is to fix.

***Being only 14 doesn't mean that you can have something wrong with you. This is not 'just growing up' ask your mom how she would feel if she let her 'only 14' yr old son who's only 'just growing up' get really sick, and possibly go beyond help by ignoring the problem. GO TO YOUR DOCTOR you could have Lyme disease, schitzophrenia, a brain tumor, blood sugar problems, autism and the list can go on. Everything can better be treated the sooner you find it and can be life threatening if you ignore it.
You're young, but be mature past your years and tell your mom that you need to see a doctor, and you know what you're feeling just isn't right.

I'm not sure of your age, so can't say that age would enter into this. I'm guessing (even though trained to diagnose emotional problems) that you are under emotional stress, and it is manifesting itself in these behaviors. You can always look at dropping and breaking things, and forgetting things, as a stress symptom.
You are definitely not nuts, but I would use a search engine to find the Stress Inventory, and you can bet you will have a high score.
Help is in learning how to breathe correctly(most of us breath in the wrong way, shallow breathing) and how to relax when you feel the stress building.
Medication works, but it is better to learn non-medicating ways before using medication. If this continues, of course, you should see a doctor, who then will possibly suggest a medication.
I use the confusion and breaking things to read my body and know that my stress level is up. So you don't want to eliminate stress nor the symptoms. It is when it gets overwhelming and you can't function that it becomes a problem. Good Luck

Have you went through any stressful situation lately? That can cause you to go through so changes.
Or changed medication or begun taking some. How you take it and with what type foods.
Like if you drink orange juice(this is just an exsample)some, some medications are affected by the ingredients in the juice.
Otherwise, you may just need to get a physical. You may just be having anxiety attacks, for some reason. You aren't nuts!
But,try not to worry about it,that alone can make it worse!
Good Luck!

If you know any diabetics next time you feel like that, get them to test your blood sugar. If it gets worse or continues you should probably go to the E-Room (Do not drive yourself !!). A CAT Scan may be in order, but a blood work up is definitely indicated.

Wow, you are unhandy. You are either in love, or you need to visit the Doctor. Best luck.

You need to go see your doctor ASAP. There are a number of serious ( and some not so serious) medical problems that could be causing your issue.
