Yes, that's the stuff I usually use. Doesn't work in hot water, like some of the mixes - you actually have to use hot milk. I like to write my name with the syrup on the top of the milk - write my full name twice and usually that's about the right amount of syrup. You have to try a few times though to figure out what would be the best measurement for your taste.

sure you can just warm the milk on the stove and pour into glass and mix with syrup.
I hope you have marshmellows because everyone knows Hot Chocolate is nothing with out marshmellows.

Sure! Just mix it in cold milk till it tastes right to you, then either heat in pan on the stove or in microwave. You'll have to keep it stirred cause the chocolate will separate from the milk. But still good!
