All the various regions seem to have their own Mental Health NHS Trust websites. I've posted a link for Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, as that's where I live. The SANE website will provide more generalised mental health information though. I hope this helps.

have you tried the see me website they are trying to get rid of the stigma of mental health and they have a few stories about how people have felt when they have depression
