There is a whole new category of sausage, chicken-apple, or turkey. They come pre-cooked and just need to be warmed up. They come in 'traditional' sausage flavors, like 'Italian'. They're not as good as the real thing, but almost as good. They are much lower in fat and cholesterol.
But we get real sausage, just once in a while, so we'll know what we're missing. 8^)

In my opinion, no! There are some venison, turkey, beef, and buffalo sausage which contain little fat, but they taste awful. None exists that you'd probably want to eat.

Yes if made with either low fat turkey or soy.
Neither is the same as regular but the turkey one is not too bad and the soy kind is gross.
