Is it possible to combine footage from After Effects, Sci Fi movie maker and Window Movie maker to make a film

I just need to know because i have a super huge production coming up. Here's the website

but i plan on using these programs to make the movie, so i need to know if it's possible.

You can use all of these programs to create your final production. The reason you can use them all is due to the fact that the images you choose to include are stored in a certain area of your hard drive and not actually moved from that spot and into the program. Only a copy is moved into the program, and then the changes you make while using each program can be saved back to where the image is actually stored, and the save then overwrited the original image, but only when you are ready and obsolutely sure your changes are the ones you want.

If you decide later you want to make other changes you can easily do that as well. Just load the copy of the image into whichever program you choose, make the changes and then save the changes. The save will overwrite the image and the final production will be as you want it to be.

You can also make a copy of the original, and make changes to the copy of the originals and leave the originals untouched, in the format and condition they were in before you imported them into the programs and made changes. This way you can make a production and still keep your original images as they were and use them again in other projects. You can also delete any images you no longer wish to keep.
