I can't put up a door because it's adobe walls and there was no door installed...what can I put up that will look nice and how do I do it?

Get a spring loaded curtain rod or shower rod and hang some drapery panels.
A more professional way is a ceiling mount curtain track. A link is below.
(A less attractive option would be a hospital ceiling mount privacy panel).

I would use a folding screen. Depending on your decor, either paper screen (like japanese) or you can make one out of louvered bifold doors with attached feet...or make a frame that stands free and hang with drapery material...Better yet, put casters on the screen so you can move it when you want to open the room up a little. Depending on the sturdiness of the screen, you can also put shelves on the inside for books, or hang hooks on the inside for your robe, bath towel, etc. Would be cool.

How about a dressing screen,or an oriental screen,looks cool!
