i have flust the system ,. bypass. the system,water pump is fine , still no heat ,can't get coolet to flow throw the core,

i had one of these last week at work. If the coolant is not flowing through the heater core then you honestly should replace it. Which consists of R&I the dash which is a pita. but you can try to disconnect the heater hoses that come from the block and connect to the heater core coming out of the firewall. And take a water hose and force water through the core. once it starts flowing through just let it keep going to get out as much as you can. that should temporarily give you a fix and save you a ton of money.

With the engine warmed up, turn the heater on full tilt and grasp the two hoses going to and from the heater core. If one is hot but the other stays cold or cool, then it's the heater valve that's stuck shut. I can't remember if the Taurus has a mechanical or vacuum controlled valve, if vacuum you might look for a disconnected or leaking vacuum hose.

have been the hot Thermostat & warm Water administration Valve bumped off in the process the Flushing/Boiling Out technique? NO, they might have been broken. Is your Radiator Fan cycling real? splendid Coolant blend (50-50 sparkling Water & Anti-Freeze)? could Repace the radiator Cap, needs to hold rigidity to get the device upto working Temp.

Check to see of the blend door motor is working,visible when drop down the glove box,left side.Turn the temp control knob from cold to hot,the little arm on the blend door motor should move accordingly.

i personally dont lke FORD at all because that happens, so i recogmend gat a Chevrolet.

change the heater core... if it's all jammed chances are it'll start leaking soon as you unjam it
