NO, dream act had many shots to pass!!
1.) Can't find 60 votes for it to pass in the senate.
2.) House of Representatives is more in touch with the American voters.
3.) Election year is coming up, so i don't any push for rewarding illegal aliens until after the election.

The Dream Act is dead in the water. It failed too many times to push it again, at least for now. I agree with the Save Act, it will help break the cycle of illegal immigration.

The dream act was defeated and is not a current bill. It was pulled to prevent further embarrassment to the democratic leadership. All amnesty bills for that matter are a dead issue for now.

No it has been tossed out every time it has come up because fed up Americans swamp their elected officials with telephone calls, letters, faxes and emails.
America will not stand for any sort of amnesty for illegals in this day and time.
