Don't wear too much cologne. Be clean, be nice, be sincere, be honest, relax and enjoy the process. Don't have too high of expectations. Look your interviewer in the eye when you speak. Don't fiddle with your pen or your hands. Don't bite your nails. Be confident. Good luck

Pen and paper (a notebook, or on a clipboard) to take notes - be sure to get the correct spelling of the interviewer's name so you can send them a thank you note tomorrow or Tuesday at the latest.
It wouldn't be a bad idea tonight to jot down a few questions that you can ask if at the end of the interview they say "do you have any questions" - and they very likely will ask that.
Do NOT take along a water bottle into the interview.
Good luck.

Don't bring in the water bottle - keep it in your bag to take a quick drink before you go into the building. Some people might find it rude to drink in an interview.
Bring in the pen and paper but I would ask permission first if the person minds if you take notes. They might feel as if you are writing down information they don't want shared, and the more you write the less energy you are going to devote to listening to the questions.
Bring a few copies of your resume - you might be meeting with more than one person so you want to have a copy available if you meet someone else that doesn't have it in front of them.
Don't bring in your cell phone - or turn it off before the meeting.
Ask for copies of their business cards so you can get the correct spelling of names and email addresses and phone numbers for future reference.

Your confidence and way of dressing is important. Also answer as much as asked. At the end of the day you get the job if they LIKE you and of course if you also like them.Day before the interview have this vision in mind that you are being selected for this job. Before going to bed think of something pleasent in your life - so you will wake up fresh and relaxed - also think that tomorrow you are getting the Yes.

Come with a good idea of how the company operates and a list of sincere questions you need to know the answer of. Tell them that you are interested and want the job at the end of the interview. (If you do)
Also, come with a smile and pleasant mood, most everyone who is hired is the most liked, not the most qualified.

Samples of your work. Note pad to take notes. Ensure those letters are copies not the originals.
And a memory bank of probable questions they'll ask and your practiced answers. Knowledge about the company you're applying to.
Good luck
