what kinds of foods do you eat?
do you really lose weight as quickly as it says?


if i did it for 2 weeks and im 145lbs at 5'7 how much weight could i lose???

there's no such thing as "negative" calories foods. this is just another bs diet that's not based on science but on some very unintelligent peoples opinions.

Exerise and eating healthy is the only true solution. There's no such thing as negative calories; they only say that as a marketing strategy. Don't be fooled. Though it takes much longer and more effort, eating healthy and exercising daily has many benefits besides losing excess weight, including better blood circulation, stronger heart, toned body... You'll be much happier after that!

i agree with answer above. it's bull, waay too restrictive and will not work by any means. eat sensibly, do exercise and the weight will come right off
