I have a Ford Focus '03.

Sometimes, when I make a left turn, I notice a scraping noise. It's only while I was turn. It is not a constant scrape. What could be the problem?

Tire might be rubbing the fender. Check for excessive wear on the tire, and a scrape mark on the underside of the fender.

I'm not trying to be cute. It's something scraping. To try to find out what the problem is you need to look under the front end at that corner (you must be sure it's coming from that corner). Whatever is scraping will leave the metal clean. That's how you find what it is. If you can't find the problem you may need to take it in to a shop-they will be able to put it up on a lift to get a better look. You will also need to jack the car up and see if the left front tire/wheel is loose if you don't see anything else that looks suspicious.

Bring it in to a shop and let them have a look to make sure nothing is wrong... they have had some noises on these things from the struts and springs before making these kind of noises from metal rubbing thru the protective covers and making the noises.

Check your CV joints.

Another possibility is the tire is rubbing against the wheel well, this can happen if you installed larger aftermarket wheels and tires.

Sounds like the ball joint on your axel needs to be replaced. I would take it in to have someone look at it.
