I am you height and only just under your weight.
I'm not exactly happy with my weight, and am a little rounder than I would like but we're not fat! I don't know about you but I'm 'cursed' with a large bone structure which I'm only just starting to accept. Unfortunately there's not much we can do about this.
You're fine at the weight you are but maybe you (and me) should lose a little and/or tone up if that would make you happier with yourself. Dress well whatever your shape, but honey, at 9 st I am pretty sure you would have NO curves left. Don't try to lose a lot too quickly either or it will come back too easily.
Eat healthily and exercise for your health's sake, not because you feel under pressure to be a skinny waif with no curves.
I won't deny that I was happier with myself at 10 1/2 st, but I then let it slip whenever I am ill (which is most of the time at the moment). I want to aim to get myself there again. Don't set yourself too bigger goal or it will seem impossible.
Good luck with any weight loss and feel free to email me with your progress! x
Good luck

Well, it would probably be best if you weight about 150 lbs...which is just shy of 11 stones. But I don't know your body so you may have muscle mass that I'm not taking into consideration and your bone density. But the avg weight for someone of your height could lose a stone. But your by no means overweight!!! I'm just saying if you wanted to lose some weight, you could lose a stone and look nice, I wouldn't lose much more then that though.
And please don't go down to 9 pounds...that would be way too tiny.. 10 stones would be best.

According to the link below, you have a body/mass index of 25.5 which is 'slightly' overweight. A loss of four pounds would get you to 'just' within the ideal weight range so a loss of half a stone would be perfect. As standards go though, you're not 'really' fat.

Snap! same weight, same height. No your not fat! Just because scales tell you to get down to 9 stone, I got to 10 and felt ill, was moody and harder to live with!! I join a circuits group, had fun and feel fit and better about myself.
Be yourself, just gain some confidence about yourself!

Twelve stone is perfectly fine for someone of your height. I wouldn't worry to much about this.

Sounds like a healthy weight, but it really depends on your bone structure. I think 9 stones is probably the minimum you should be.

If you dont feel comfortable with your weight then do something about it. Going by your height i wouldnt say you are too much overweight, maybe if you excercised a little you would feel better.Tighten those tummy muscles what you waiting for.
